Ocean Odyssey San Diego Floating Lab

Rick from the Ocean Odyssey checked in out of San Diego! Captain Rick found the honey hole today. These big female panurlirus interruptus are getting ready to lay eggs that will be placed on their belly for safe keeping. Both of these ladies were safely returned to the ocean. This is just a sample of what is observed on any given day onboard Floating Lab.
